With 16 years of listening and talking to bodies, and more recently working with animals, I carefully observe and assist with direct permission from the body itself.
Kinesiology is a healing modality that uses gentle muscle testing to communicate. I monitor your arm to ask your body questions in response to stimuli, such as a question, a word or an image. For an animal, I act as the surrogate. A session can balance the energetic block, be it an emotion, thought or a physical ailment such as anxiety, pain or muscular tension. We humans and animals carry feelings deep within our bodies. I can assist you in balancing, allowing your body and your animal's body to find its natural equilibrium. Don’t just treat the symptoms. Allow a Kinesiology session to delve beneath the symptoms to uncover the root cause and restore your animal's behavioural problems. I believe animals, like humans, need the space to be safe, seen and heard.

Consultations
As an integrated approach to restoring health, Kinesiology acknowledges the interconnectedness between the body's energetic systems.
Each person and animal has their needs and requires their unique balance to release layers of stress.
I have extensive experience working with children and teenagers, as an educator of 18 years, with a particular focus on children with special needs and learning difficulties. A child may experience a speech issue or react emotionally to an environmental trigger, such as noise or bright lights. They may need assistance with academic subjects, like reading, writing, spelling or mathematics. Again, I gently facilitate using muscle testing to balance the area in question. Kinesiology can help your child feel confident in their surroundings in a centred way, particularly at school and with their peers.

Fees
Adults and children -
$80 per session
A session typically lasts between 1 to 2 hours, depending on what the body requires. For children, I ask an adult or significant carer to assist by surrogating on behalf of the child.
Animals -
$90 for one animal
$80 per animal, for more than one animal in the same location
A session can take between 30 minutes to 1 hour. I work as the surrogate for your animal.
A $20 call-out fee applies to all animal visits outside an approximately 15 km radius of Umina Beach, NSW.
For regional NSW or interstate animal home visits, I am available to travel to support both individuals and groups in a shared area.
I offer a sliding scale for registered non-profit organisations and would love to hear how I can contribute to your work.
